Shipping Policy

We offer standard insured shipping through our trusted partners, Fastway couriers. After processing of the order your items will be dispatched and delivered to your doorstep. On average orders will take between 2 to 5 working days to reach you however, If you reside outside regular areas, the delivery time might extend to up to 7 working days, depending on courier services in your area/region. Please note that working days do not include weekends or holidays. If you haven't received tracking number within 48hours of placing your order, feel free to contact us for an update. For orders below R1000.00, shipping costs are R120, while orders equal to or exceed R1000.00 qualify for free shipping.

1. Please provide full PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
2. Please ensure someone is present during office hours to collect the items at the address provided.
3. To avoid unnecessary delays, kindly ensure that the address is correct. The address should be as complete as possible, containing amongst others and where applicable - FULL NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS.
4. Please note there are no weekend deliveries.

• When placing orders, kindly note that stock might be sold out without prior notice. In certain unforseen cases, a perfume may go out of stock after ordering, therefore a replacement fragrance will be asked of the same value, as we do not do REFUNDS! (This may also delay delivery for a day or two)
• All orders get processed every morning from 8am to 8pm, if you placed an order after that. It will only be processed the following morning.
• Delivery take between 2 and 5 working days from processing your order, as processing may take a day or two to be picked, packed, wrapped and sealed to be sent out for delivery and also due to courier services also having backed up deliveries or behind schedule.
• When dispatched for delivery, a waybill tracking number will be sent for you to track your parcel.
• A tracking proof will be sent, kindly note -: Tracking number to be issued within 48hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order is being processed, please check your tracking as we do not have time in between to check on everyone's parcel daily.
